Am I incorrect in assuming if the Windows Store is blocked, then those Windows apps won’t be able to update?

This is for an environment with SCCM only, no Intune licenses.

Click the drop-down and select “Disabled” which will block USB devices on Windows devices.

It should be Selecting Enabled will block write access.
