Have a look at “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\AdminUILog\SmsAdminUI.log” for that

I found two reasons for the console crashing with an unhandled exception:
1) your device is missing the WebView2 Console Extension
2) there seem to be more permissions required than just the Security Role permissions to Read/Download from Community Hub. In that case you’ll see this exception in SmsAdminUI.log:

[1, PID:12348][08/29/2022 16:44:05] :System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. —> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. —> System.InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements
at System.Linq.Enumerable.First[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source)
at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.Community.CommunityHubScriptManager.GetTopLevelSiteCode()
at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.Community.CommunityHubScriptManager.GetInitializationProperties()
at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.Community.StorePage.GetHeaders()
at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.Community.StorePage.Initialize()

I’ve already opened support cases for that with Microsoft but so far no response or information on if this will be fixed.
You can verify that it is an undocumented missing permission by giving your user the Read-Only Analyst role as this additional role will not crash the Console (unless – see point #1 – your system doesn’t have the WebView2 Console Extension installed)

What exact logs are you needing and where do you want me to send them?

Hi, I have never experienced that issue. If you are facing this issue, can you send me the log files and I will investigate why that’s happening.
