As a part of Pulseway implementation, you initially deploy Pulseway agents to your endpoints. You can also deploy Pulseway agents using SCCM. However, if you want to remove Pulseway agent, there are some easy ways to do that.
Manually Uninstall Pulseway Agent
The easiest way to uninstall Pulseway agent is to manually remove it from computer. On the computer, go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features. Right-click the Pulseway agent and click Uninstall.
When asked for Are you sure you want to uninstall Pulseway? Click Yes.
The Pulseway agent uninstalls now. The agent uninstallation doesn’t require a computer reboot.
Uninstall Pulseway Agent using SCCM
The second method to uninstall Pulseway agent is using SCCM software center. This method works well when you have packaged and deployed Pulseway agent using SCCM.
When you download Pulseway agent, is a .MSI installer. So, when you import the agent in SCCM, it populates the install and uninstall commands automatically. You don’t even have to worry about adding detection methods.

msiexec /x {52EF02C7-C92C-459A-A764-40EDCE97AAF3} 
This means you can uninstall the Pulseway agent by launching the software center, selecting the Pulseway agent and clicking Uninstall.
Monitor the AppEnforce.log file on the client computer to troubleshoot the application installation issues.
