So the secondary, more complicated step of uninstalling the app is still necessary. Correct?

Do you have any power shell script to replace Windows mail shortcut with Outlook mail app shortcut in users’ desktop and Taskbar. We want to increase the usage of Outlook Mail app instead of Windows mail. Looking some alternatives. If any options, please let me know.
