My assumption is that you’re not performing these steps on the top-level WSUS server.

It’s the wsyncmgr.log that you need to review.

I succeeded with importing the desired KB from the MS catalog to WSUS. When I synchronized the updates. I do not see the KB being sync to SCCM. Is there a log which specifics the reason the KB is not being synced?

We do not use Internet Explorer on our SCCM/WSUS server (uninstalled),
But you refer to some Edge tweeks Do you have any examples og perhaps an url to some knowledge on this particular matter?
